exciting
opportunity has arisen for a Senior Supporter Care Manager to join a leading health charity organisation. This is a full-time, interim role within the Fundraising directorate, responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational management of the Supporter Services team. Key responsibilities of the role :
Lead and manage the Supporter Services team, with 3 direct reports, ensuring high performance and alignment with organisational goals Oversee supporter enquiries, donation processing, and
financial compliance
Develop training programmes to enhance team capabilities Maintain compliance with GDPR, Gift Aid, and other regulatory standards Identify opportunities to improve supporter care and operational efficiency Collaborate with internal teams to integrate supporter engagement strategies Ensure effective thanking communications and complaint resolution Manage high-volume periods and oversee fulfilment house operations Track performance against KPIs and manage financial reconciliation Foster a

Ideal candidate profile :
Experience in supporter services and income operations within a non-profit environment Strong
leadership

Hybrid working (3 days on-site) Hourly Rate : £28 – £30 per hour Working hours :
