Dignity Grows is seeking a mission-driven National Program Manager to help scale innovative programs, strengthen community partnerships, and shape the next chapter of the organization's growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead a growing program team, collaborate with passionate volunteers and partners across the country, and play a key role in expanding our national impact.
What You'll Do
- National Program Leadership
- Chapter Engagement & Community Partnerships
- Logistical Support for Educational Programs & National Events
- Organizational Representation at Public Events
- Collaborative Systems Building
Qualifications
- Four to six years of nonprofit leadership or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience supervising staff and leading collaborative projects
- A passion for advancing dignity, opportunity, and equity for women and girls
- Candidates residing in the Mid-Atlantic or Southeastern US are especially encouraged to apply due to the collaborative and travel needs of this role.
Position Details
- Full-time, exempt position
- Competitive salary and benefits
- 85% remote with in-person/national travel based on location and organizational needs
- Reports directly to the CEO
- Supervises a growing team of program professionals
- Works collaboratively with staff, chapter leaders, volunteers, and organizational leadership
- This role initially includes a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on program implementation responsibilities. As the Dignity Grow team continues to grow, the position is expected to evolve toward broader supervisory and systems-level leadership.
