Role Description The Nanny role at Stay Out Help is a full-time, on-site/ Live -In position based in Accra. The nanny will provide attentive childcare, including supervising daily activities, supporting learning and play, and maintaining a safe, clean environment for children. Responsibilities include preparing child-friendly meals, assisting with basic housekeeping tasks related to the children, and following family routines and guidelines. The nanny will communicate regularly with parents or guardians about the children’s needs, progress, and any concerns. The role may also involve supporting elderly family members with light assistance and ensuring respectful, caring interactions with all household members.
Qualifications
- Strong childcare capabilities, including Babysitting, Childcare, and Working With Children.
- Must be willing to live-In
- Must be 22 Years old and above
- Must seek Guadians consent
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Development and age-appropriate learning and play activities.
- Ability to prepare simple, nutritious meals and snacks, with basic Cooking skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong sense of responsibility in a family home setting.
- Clear communication skills and ability to follow family instructions and routines.
- Experience in caregiving, household support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic first aid knowledge or willingness to obtain relevant training is beneficial.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect in diverse households.
