Role Description The Commercial Executive will support Project Naveli’s commercial activities, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with partners, sponsors, and service providers. This part-time hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing commercial agreements, coordinating follow-ups with stakeholders, tracking commitments and deliverables, and ensuring accurate documentation of commercial activities. The Commercial Executive will assist in preparing proposals, pricing summaries, and basic reports, while collaborating with internal teams to align commercial efforts with project goals. The role also involves responding to partner inquiries in a timely manner, supporting contract renewals, and contributing to a professional and inclusive experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Commercial and Commercial Management skills to handle agreements, partnerships, and basic contract administration.
- Strong Following Up and Customer Service skills to manage stakeholder interactions and maintain high engagement levels.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to prepare proposals, reports, and professional correspondence.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Dubai, managing time and priorities independently while collaborating with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
- Demonstrated interest in social impact, gender equality, or nonprofit initiatives; prior experience in a commercial or partnership role is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background or equivalent practical experience in business, commerce, management, or a related field.
