• Develop and implement a comprehensive youth ministry paradigm that aligns with who we are and why we exist.
• Lead programming that results in measurable increases in youth attendance, engagement and spiritual growth.
• Create engaging, Scripture-based content.
• Help students experience community.
• Facilitate spiritual formation and
practical application
in the daily life of our youth.
• Identify, develop, and empower student ministry volunteers.
Required Skills
Experienced Ministry
Leadership
:
Demonstrable
leadership
experience in youth ministry in multicultural & multigenerational contexts. Pastoral Heart for Service: A profound desire to serve and journey with Liberty Church through meaningful and intentional relationship building.
Experience Required
Education
and Training:
Theological training or ministry-related
education
. Practical ministry experience and demonstrated
leadership
in similar roles will be considered.
