Weatherization Specialist Oshkosh ADVOCAP's Weatherization Department
is accepting applications for a full time Weatherization Specialist.
This position installs weatherization materials in homes. This position
will serve all three counties in ADVOCAP's service area: Winnebago,
Fond du Lac and Green Lake. Responsibilities Include: Help us reduce the
energy costs for low-oncome households by increasing the energy
efficiency of their home, while ensuring their health and safety.
Install insulation and perform home repairs Ensure job sites are always
clean and orderly Organize and maintain inventory items, tools,
equipment and vehicles Our work is performed daily with a positive
mindset and a safe work environment Other duties as assigned. *****
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Job Requirements: Basic
construction or building maintenance knowledge preferred, but not
required There are a multitude of physical demands for this position
such as working in confined spaces, being exposed to extreme heat/cold,
work at a height of 15-20' above ground, etc. Reasonable accommodations

essential functions A valid driver's license that has been held for 3+
years and an acceptable driving record to our insurance carrier,
required to use an Agency vehicle. Acceptable drug screen, physical, and
comprehensive background check required Maintain highest level of

poverty and the ability to be non-judgmental with those served
