Description
We have been committed to supporting our neighbors since 1978. We collaborate with partners, individuals, businesses, organizations, and faith communities passionate about their communities. Over the past four decades, we have adapted to the needs of the communities we serve in Minnesota (City of Forest Lake; Carlton, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine Counties) and Polk County in Wisconsin.
Family Pathways’ support services include:
Food access to healthy food for families and individuals in crisis
Domestic and sexual assault services through violence prevention and victim services, supervised visitation
Aging services to help older adults and their caregivers age well at home
Thrift stores where donated goods are transformed into opportunities, investments, and environmental stewardship
We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds, including service and youth groups, businesses, and educational institutions. Some volunteers are court-ordered community service participants. Family Pathways strives to provide everyone an opportunity to contribute!
