We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to thrive.

What You’ll Do
As a DSP, you will support individuals in living independently while honoring their choices, goals, and dignity. Your role will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities based on individual needs
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and self-advocacy
- Supporting participation in community activities and meaningful experiences
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment
Schedule
- Varied shifts available throughout the week
- Flexibility is required
Compensation
- $21.00 per hour
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Who We’re Looking For
- Individuals who are compassionate, patient, and dependable
- At least 1 year of experience supporting or caring for individuals with disabilities (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
