Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment and sourcing of qualified candidates for the Gatesway Foundation, including healthcare and direct care roles such as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Certified Medication Aides (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Habilitation Training Specialists (HTS), as well as various administrative positions. This position operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and plays a critical role in maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates to staff 24/7 operations, including weekends and holidays.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent across healthcare and administrative positions.
· Proactively source candidates using online job boards, social media, professional networks, community partnerships, and employee referrals.
· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—posting positions, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending offers.
· Utilize Paycom Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate flow, track requisitions, and maintain accurate records throughout the hiring process.
· Collaborate closely with department leaders to assess staffing needs and forecast future hiring demands.
· Ensure all recruitment and selection processes comply with Gatesway Foundation policies and Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) regulations.
· Organize and attend career fairs, community job events, and outreach initiatives to strengthen Gatesway’s employer brand.
· Support onboarding activities in coordination with HR to promote a positive new hire experience and improve retention.
· Regularly review metrics in Paycom to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and staffing outcomes.
Education and Experience Requirements
· Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Minimum of three (3) years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, long-term care, or I/DD services.
· Experience recruiting for 24/7 operations with rotating shifts highly preferred.
· Proficiency in Paycom ATS and HRIS systems required.
· Familiarity with credentialing requirements for CNA, CMA, LPN, and HTS positions, and knowledge of OKDHS staffing standards preferred.

Physical and Mental Requirements
· Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while managing daily tasks.
· Occasional lifting or carrying of up to 25 pounds (e.g., recruitment materials, event supplies).

· Adept at multitasking and processing large volumes of information with accuracy.
· Visual and auditory acuity needed for computer work, phone communication, and in-person interactions.
Work Environment
· Work primarily performed in an office environment with frequent digital communications via Paycom and other recruitment tools.
· Occasional travel to job fairs, hiring events, or partner agencies as needed.
· Must have flexibility to adjust schedule for occasional evening or weekend recruitment activities supporting 24/7 staffing operations.
Pay: $48,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
