Join Our Team – Help Launch URI’s First Supportive Housing Program
Urban Resource Institute (URI) is growing, and we’re looking for experienced professionals to help launch Innovative Urban Village, our first permanent Supportive Housing program, opening in Summer 2026 in East New York, Brooklyn.
Innovative Urban Village is a transformative partnership with Christian Cultural Center and marks a significant expansion of URI’s housing continuum. Phase 1A includes 376 income-based rental residences, with 94 supportive housing units dedicated to families who have experienced homelessness due to domestic violence. Our program will deliver permanent supportive housing through survivor-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive services that promote long-term stability, healing, and independence.
We’re seeking passionate, mission-driven professionals with prior Supportive Housing experience to join our founding team in the following roles:
• Clinical Director – $81,000 – $85,000
• Housing Specialist – $59,000 – $60,000
• Case Manager – $60,000 – $70,000
• Economic Specialist – $49,000 – $55,000
