HQ is located at the edge of Downtown, at the gateway to EADO just across 59 from Minute Maid Park. About half our team are based at HQ and about half work at off-site locations. SEARCH is on a hybrid work model with most positions in office 4 days per week and 1 day remote. Some positions require 100% in person schedules, and new team members typically work 100% in person for at least the first three months of onboarding.
