SUMMARY

The Special Projects Manager is a one-year, grant-funded position that plays a critical role in advancing one of WE CAN’s key strategic plan priorities focused on program evaluation by leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution. This position is ideal for a highly organized, adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities that support organizational growth and impact.

This work will drive meaningful impact by strengthening program quality, inspiring volunteers, supporting participants’ sense of progress, and giving funders a clearer picture of the return on their investment.

In addition to overseeing the design and implementation of the Evaluation Project, the Special Projects Manager will provide coordination for WE CAN’s current evaluation efforts across programs. The role will help establish a sustainable structure for ongoing post-service evaluation and impact measurement by leveraging staff, volunteers, and technology systems, including database tools and reporting platforms.
