Social Responsibility Division Director Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE/Dubai at Ma’an
Responsibilities:
Oversee development and implementation of a strategic framework to activate corporate social responsibility (CSR) in Abu Dhabi aligned with social priorities and aspirations.
Oversee development and implementation of an Index for CSR in the private sector in Abu Dhabi to baseline and quantify social contribution.
Supervise building and launching financial and non-financial incentives to increase CSR within Abu Dhabi.
Facilitate and assist the private sector in developing and implementing CSR programs.
Recognize contributors in Abu Dhabi for involvement and participation, in coordination with relevant stakeholders in Ma’an.
Collect data, assess, and report on the financial and in-kind contributions from the public, private, and third sectors of Abu Dhabi.
Build and maintain a centralized CSR hub to establish a unified portal for CSR contributions across Abu Dhabi, enabling understanding of the current state and driving targeted improvements to match beneficiaries with social priorities.
Raise awareness about CSR within the private and public sectors of Abu Dhabi.
Oversee relationship management functions and ensure the achievement of the annual engagement plan.
Oversee the effectiveness of facilitating private sector CSR contributions towards social projects.
Supervise section performance in achieving Ma’an’s strategic KPIs and operational KPIs.
Perform other duties as requested by the Executive Director.
