As Site Director, you'll serve as the site leader of a dynamic service campus, working alongside senior leadership to advance our mission of ending homelessness. This is an opportunity to lead an established, supportive nonprofit where your leadership will directly shape programs, strengthen teams, build community partnerships, and create lasting impact for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

What You'll Do
- Lead all site operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, compliance, quality, and organizational excellence.
- Develop and execute annual site goals, strategic priorities, and performance objectives.
- Build, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary leadership team across housing, outreach, case management, clinical services, residential care, workforce development, food services, prevention, legal advocacy, and operations.
- Foster a safe, therapeutic environment aligned with our mission, values, and care philosophy.
- Partner with executive leadership to implement organizational strategy, policies, and best practices.
- Oversee budget performance, grant execution, contracts, reporting, and fiscal accountability.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements.
- Represent the organization with community partners, government agencies, donors, funders, landlords, elected officials, and the local Continuum of Care.
- Strengthen community partnerships that expand services, increase visibility, and generate sustainable funding.
- Provide regular operational, financial, and program performance updates to executive leadership.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive leadership experience overseeing programs, staff, operations, and budgets.
- Experience serving individuals experiencing homelessness and/or people living with disabilities.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, including public speaking and community engagement.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, staff, government partners, funders, donors, and community stakeholders.
- Demonstrated personal integrity, sound financial stewardship, and a commitment to mission-driven leadership.
