For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Strategic Partnerships to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a manufacturing environment.
Location: New York, NY – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $288,000 – $360,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Launch new strategic partnerships aligned with growth objectives
- Define and implement strategies to maximize enterprise value
- Lead creation of joint business plans and partnership economics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize execution
- Manage and expand relationships with strategic partners
- Drive partnership business plan progress and resolve issues
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics
Qualifications
- 12+ years in FinTech/SaaS business development or strategic partnerships
- Proven success in high-impact partnership sourcing and structuring
- End-to-end results delivery, managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Exceptional leadership experience with high-performing teams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with understanding of B2B and B2C FinTech models
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
