In this role, you will report to the Director of Advancement and work closely with various teams to nurture donor relationships. Your responsibilities will include developing effective fundraising strategies, managing donor portfolios, and collaborating geographically with institutions. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential as you create compelling proposals and oversee student fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess donor needs and coordinate fundraising strategies
• Produce engaging fundraising materials and proposals
• Maintain donor databases with accurate records
• Train and supervise fundraising volunteers
• Build relationships with corporate and foundation partners
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent education
• 3-5 years of substantial fundraising experience
• Excellent project management and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fundraising software
• Commitment to travel and flexible hours as needed
