2. About the Opportunity:
The **Revenue Integrity Analyst** plays a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant revenue capture by reviewing and analyzing revenue optimization and reconciliation processes. This position addresses complex issues requiring interpretation of policies and guidelines to improve revenue integrity across departments. The role contributes to maintaining a transparent and effective reimbursement system, enhancing the organization’s financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
3. Responsibilities:
• Interpret insurance contracts, government regulations, and other reimbursement methods to maintain accurate payment and adjustment calculations
• Establish and manage a systematic, transparent revenue integrity audit process with ongoing tracking and reporting
• Analyze variances in payments and contractual adjustments and determine necessary corrective actions
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle departments to address contract, revenue cycle, and payer practice issues
• Perform other related duties as assigned
4. Requirements:
• Associate''s or Technical Degree, or equivalent education/experience (required)
• Bachelor''s Degree (preferred)
• Three years of experience in revenue cycle billing, collections, reimbursement, or managed care contracting (preferred)
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) Certification (preferred)
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
