Our client is a nationwide nonprofit that helps hundreds of thousands across the country achieve employment and housing. This role is located in their NJ branch.
Job Summary
As a Project Management Lead, this person will help spearhead governance and compliance projects across the org, as well as play a key role in change management projects spanning across departments. the correct individual for this role will have 5+ years of project management experience across governance and compliance IT Projects, as well as change management and PMO dept growth experience.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in project management with PMP certification, or extensive experience
Experience with governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, or GDPR).
Strong data reporting skills in Power BI and Excel.
Strong knowledge and experience with change management and project management methodologies.
Experience working across projects that span IT, and Non Technical teams
Compensation And Benefits
Competitive salary range of $100,000 – $140,000 per year
