Drive Jewish youth development as the Program Manager of Diller Teen Fellows s role fosters leadership among teens through immersive experiences and community engagement.
As the Diller Teen Fellows Program Manager, your responsibilities include overseeing an experiential education program aimed at teens in grades 10 and 11. You will facilitate workshops, mentorship opportunities, and logistics to create impactful experiences. Engage with various stakeholders to ensure each teen feels connected and supported in their Jewish journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the coordination of program workshops and retreats
• Guide discussions that enhance leadership skills
• Plan and organize logistics for local and international events
• Mentor approximately 20 teen participants throughout the year
• Engage with families and community partners regularly
Requirements:
• Experience in youth programming or related fields (1–3 years)
• Strong skills in communication and organization
• Commitment to youth leadership and community involvement
• Knowledge of the Jewish community is an asset
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle needed
