COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Entryway is a national 501(c)(3) organization that transitions individuals and families out of homelessness and into economic self-sufficiency. We partner with the $1.3 trillion multifamily housing industry to create pathways to stable employment, housing, and long-term opportunity.

As a catalyst for change, Entryway brings together property management companies, employers, service providers, and community partners to create a coordinated ecosystem of support. With more than 200 partner organizations nationwide, we deliver a proven, industry-powered model at the intersection of housing and employment.

Unlike traditional nonprofits that focus on either housing or employment, Entryway delivers both. Participants gain access to stable jobs with a living wage, benefits, and on-site housing opportunities through our property management partners. Combined with training and individualized support, this integrated approach creates the conditions for long-term success.
