PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
The Production Team Lead is responsible for the site’s technical and logistical operations. Their focus is on theguest experience, which is achieved through technical expertise, the development of leaders, and the growth of the volunteer team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the Sunday audiovisual and technical operations and ensures a high level ofquality control.
Leads and manages the volunteer team by recruiting, training, scheduling, developing, and supervising volunteers.
Understands and models the VolunteerAppreciationStrategy of the Site, ensuring volunteers are connected and feel appreciated and supported.
Maintains the logistics and maintenance of the Production equipment and supplies.
Assists with occasional events as assigned.
Maintains a commitment to developing technical knowledge of production video, audio, and lighting systems.
Ensures all responsibilities are completed in a purposeful, strategic and focused manner that points people to Jesus.
Acts as a servant by inviting, discipling, training, and equipping others to serve.
Ensures all responsibilities are produced, promoted, and led with a high level ofinnovationand excellence, honouring God at the highest level.
