About For Good
For Good is building charitable infrastructure that helps companies, platforms, and enterprise partners move generosity further, faster, and more compliantly. Through scalable nonprofit disbursement infrastructure, compliance operations, and strategic partnership solutions, For Good supports some of the world’s leading brands, platforms, and giving programs in getting donations to nonprofits, schools, and churches across the United States.
We believe generosity should be easier to activate, scale, and operationalize — and we are building the infrastructure and partnerships to help make that possible.
What We’re Looking For
For Good is seeking a strategic, relationship-oriented Partnerships & Ecosystem Lead to help grow and expand our partnership ecosystem, enterprise relationships, and collaborative growth initiatives.
This role is not traditional account management or transactional partnerships work. We are looking for someone who is energized by connecting people, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and helping organizations work together in creative and meaningful ways that increase generosity and strengthen impact.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented — someone who can manage enterprise relationships while also thinking innovatively about how For Good can partner across industries, platforms, and organizations to become a leading platform for charitable infrastructure.
This individual will play a key role in:
- growing and expanding existing partnerships,
- supporting enterprise relationship management,
- identifying strategic collaboration opportunities,
- coordinating internally on behalf of partners to ensure successful execution and delivery,
- and developing initiatives that unlock new giving opportunities for partners and communities.

- Serve as a key relationship lead for enterprise stakeholders and strategic partners
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across operations, engineering, finance, and communications teams on behalf of external partners
- Help ensure partners receive the support, communication, deliverables, and operational coordination needed for successful partnership execution
- Prepare strategic briefings, partnership materials, and growth recommendations for leadership
- Represent For Good professionally in external meetings, conferences, and industry events

- A highly siloed function operating independently from broader organizational strategy and collaboration
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, strategic initiatives, ecosystem development, business development, corporate engagement, or related relationship-driven roles
- Experience managing or supporting enterprise-level relationships and cross-functional initiatives with professionalism and executive presence
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities, collaborative initiatives, or ecosystem relationships that drive organizational growth or engagement
- Strong strategic thinking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect ideas, organizations, and opportunities in creative and meaningful ways
- Experience developing or advancing partnership strategies, initiatives, campaigns, or programs from concept through execution
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across both internal and external audiences
- Highly organized and proactive, with strong project management and follow-through capabilities in fast-moving environments
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping build scalable partnership systems, structures, and processes within a growing organization
