Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, part-time Building Maintenance helper. This role is essential for ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities.
Duties
Perform routine early morning maintenance before students and staff arrive.
Stocking soap and paper towels in kitchen and bathrooms.
Cleaning sinks and toilets.
General maintenance duties including emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping.
Wiping down tables.
Buffing tile floors.
Duties can include some outside maintenance as well, including watering, edging and mowing.
Skills
Ability to operate common maintenance devices (e.g., vacuum, buffer)
Reliable ability to complete daily list of specific tasks.
Efficiency in preparing areas for the clinic, school and public daily.
Willingness to learn facilities maintenance best practices and safety protocols.
Ability to work independently .
