Position: Â Central Outreach Director

RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and steward relationships with Outreach Organizations within the campus community
Create and build a consistent Outreach presence at campuses with 3-5 events monthly
Support Campus Pastors for key Outreach initiatives
Support Campuses during an Outreach staff transition to maintain a consistent Outreach impact
Research organizations in areas of potential expansion to help establish connection to a new community
Connect Outreach Partners in communities to create a network of Crisis Care resources and/or to work on acollaborativecommunity project
Develop and care for all Outreach leaders, structures, and events (including church-wide Outreach initiatives).
Build a Crisis Care team to support the benevolence needs of the campus appropriately and effectively
Implement the infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteerleadership, and financial viability for the area you oversee

Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
Passion for Outreach Ministry
High-level networking/relational strengths
Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
A team player with excellentcommunication skills
Analytical thinking andproblem-solvingcapability
Greatattention to detailand time-management skills

Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting

DAY-TO-DAY
We’re aSunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM – 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re prettyfast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend -adaptability is a keycompetence for us.
Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices tohave some fun!
