• Tackle labour relations with sound judgement
• Increase funds raised through innovative campaigns
Requirements:
• Skilled in managing corporate and individual donor relationships
• Experience in a unionized setting
• Strong leadership capabilities to guide teams
• Background in developing major gifts and special events
• Proficiency in financial planning and resource management
