Description
- Support the end-to-end recruiting process to help teams identify, engage, and onboard top talent.
- Assist with job posting creation and distribution (role descriptions, qualification requirements, and role expectations).
- Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and other job boards; help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial candidate screens (resume review + short phone/video screens) and document key notes for the hiring team.
- Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, confirmations, calendar invites, and communication with candidates.
- Track candidate progress and recruiting activity using internal tools (ATS, spreadsheets, project boards, etc.).
- Draft and send professional outreach messages, follow-ups, and next-step communications to candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to clarify role needs, ideal candidate profiles, and interview processes.
- Support recruiting workflow improvements (templates, scorecards, tracker updates, process documentation).
- Assist with additional HR/People Ops initiatives as needed (onboarding, offboarding, culture, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and professional writing skills (email, chat, video calls).
- Highly organized with attention to detail; able to manage multiple roles and deadlines at once.
- Comfortable in a remote environment with cross-functional teams and varying time zones.
- Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Professional discretion and ability to handle sensitive candidate information confidentially.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or HR operations concepts.
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
- Comfort with candidate sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn) and/or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong judgment and communication style for delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Interest in consulting, people operations, talent development, or organizational effectiveness.
- Experience supporting fast-moving teams across different time zones.
