Position Description

The Manager of Fundraising (Grants & Foundations) should possess a strong passion for our vision to see every child in a loving family, and a deep commitment to securing resources that support its mission.

This role is aimed at boosting growth in foundation and grant-derived income, contributing to the growth of Mother’s Choice’s annual budget across key income streams to ensure the organization’s continued impact in the future. This role involves strategic planning, relationship management, and oversight of grant application processes to ensure the NGO’s financial sustainability and programmatic success

  • quirementsBachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or related field; Master’s degree
  • preferred.At least 8 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, or resource development within the nonprofit sector, with a proven track record of securing funding from foundations and government sources. Past experience as a programme manager
  • preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Chinese preferred), with exceptional writing skills to create compelling narratives and articulate progra
  • mme goals.Familiarity with various grant application processes, grant management systems, and fundraising software (e.g., Salesforce, GrantHub, etc.), as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online resea
