We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Logistics & Procurement Officer to join our Supply Chain team. You’ll be responsible for handling the company’s logistics operations (shipping, warehousing, transportation) and procurement of products, materials, and services—locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation
Coordinate warehouse operations and staff
Handle procurement of project materials and office supplies
Work with vendors and suppliers across KSA and GCC
Prepare and track purchase orders and contracts
Ensure timely deliveries and invoice collection
Collaborate with project teams to align procurement plans
Optimize costs and logistics performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
5+ years of experience in logistics, procurement, or warehousing
Strong organizational and negotiation skills
Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain tools
Fluent in English & Arabic
Knowledge of KSA/GCC markets & vendors
