The Opportunity Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Learning Programme Specialist |

East Starts off as a 12 months contract

Salary between $4000 to $6000 depending on relevant experience

Job Description

This role plays a crucial role in supporting the Chief

Sustainability

Office (CSO) team and the

Learning and Development

(L&D) team in driving

sustainability

learning initiatives across the Bank. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for

sustainability

, strong

project management

skills, and excellent

communication

and interpersonal abilities.

Internal Engagement:

Design and implement at least quarterly staff engagement programs to raise awareness of

sustainability initiatives

. These programs should be data-driven and demonstrably effective.

Internal

Collaboration:

Partner with various departments, such as Technology & Operations (T&O), to develop and execute

sustainability

-focused activities and engagement campaigns.

Marquee Event Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for

sustainability initiatives

at major events, such as the Live Fulfilled Carnival (formerly known as FFW). This includes managing logistics, designing marketing materials, and potentially staffing the event booth.

Training & Certification Liaison:

Manage the coordination and logistics for technical training and certification programs related to

sustainability

.

Sustainability

MA Program Coordination:

Oversee the coordination and administration of the

sustainability

Master’s Apprentice (MA) program.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science,

Sustainability

, Business Administration).Proven experience in designing and implementing

sustainability initiatives

.

Excellent

communication

, organizational, and

project management

skills.

Demonstrated passion for

sustainability

and a strong understanding of

sustainability

principles.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with

data analysis and reporting is preferred.
