  • Manage and oversee the entire grant cycle — from screening proposals and reviewing budgets to monitoring reporting requirements and deadlines
  • Evaluate grant submissions to ensure alignment with the foundation’s vision and philanthropic strategy
  • Serve as the main point of contact for both new and existing grantees, fostering trust and gathering key project insights
  • Track grantee reporting, assess project impact, and ensure proper use of allocated funds in line with foundation guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams and prepare well-structured summaries for leadership decision-making
  • Identify emerging needs from communities and schools, suggesting creative, scalable, and mission-aligned solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in grant management, account management, or a related field
  • Knowledge or experience working with Jewish communities, preferably in EU
  • Exceptional written and spoken English and conversational Hebrew (Russian would be a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with a sharp attention to detail
  • A collaborative approach with excellent interpersonal communication
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and drive results
  • Previous experience working with CRM or grant management systems
  • Work from the Jerusalem office.
