Integration Project Manager Jobs in United States at Bonfire Effect

Title: Integration Project Manager

Company: Bonfire Effect

Location: United States

the role.

Do you see yourself as the river-rafting guide of transformation—reading the water, calling the lines, and steering teams through the whitewater of business without flipping the boat?

Bonfire Effect is looking for an Integration Project Manager who has mastered both “figuring it out” and working with people (a lot to ask, we know).

This role lives at the heart of a major technology integration—where strategy meets reality, systems collide, and progress depends as much on trust and relationships as it does on timelines and spreadsheets. You’re the calm in the chaos. The connector. The steady hand that keeps smart, well-intentioned humans aligned and moving forward when things get messy.

You won’t be hiding in the background updating plans no one reads. You’ll be visible, trusted, and pulled into the conversations that actually matter. If you love understanding how things work, asking sharp questions, and translating complexity in a way that clicks, you’ll feel right at home here.

Most importantly, you get shit done—with confidence, not force. You create momentum without drama, clarity without condescension, and progress without leaving people behind. You know when to push, when to listen, and when a well-timed joke keeps the team paddling in the same direction.

If that sounds like your kind of campfire, pull up an Adirondack.

the bonfire effect.

While this role is directly supporting a client, you’ll be part of Bonfire Effect’s Professional Services team —a trusted group of experts and problem solvers embedded inside our clients’ organizations.

We bring our love of people, fearless creativity, and commitment to doing the right thing to every engagement. A thriving change transformation and staff augmentation agency, Bonfire Effect boasts a passionate team of problem solvers who ignite our clients’ brands—whether that’s a local nonprofit or a global technology company navigating a once-in-a-generation integration.

We’re a diverse crew of folks who start fires. Not literally (though we do have an annual Bonfire bonfire), but the kind that sparks change and illuminates new opportunities. We work smart, play hard, and live with passion.

  • Some of us love change management.
  • Some of us love project management.
  • Some of us love PowerPoint (J/K—no one loves PPT).
  • Some of us love memes about grammar corrections.

We don’t judge. We embrace our differences and look for ways to fuel each other’s interests. And you’re in luck—we’re currently looking to add a Project Manager to our team.
