Position: Inclusion & Diversity Lead (EDI Project)
Sussex Wildlife Trust is seeking an individual to lead the Wild About Inclusion NLHF project. This role focuses on promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion within the organization and among community partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing inclusive practices that enhance community engagement and participation, ensuring that nature is accessible to everyone. The Trust offers a fixed-term contract for 2 years with 35 hours of work per week.
