Position Overview:
The Orlando Health Foundation is seeking a Community Health Implementation Manager to support a growing maternal health initiative focused on improving outcomes for mothers and babies throughout the Tampa/St. Petersburg area.
This individual will play a critical role in coordinating community partnerships, supporting healthcare outreach efforts, helping design mobile health programs, and ensuring patients are connected with the resources they need.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of project management, community health, nonprofit, or healthcare experience and thrives in a highly collaborative environment where they can make a direct impact on the communities they serve.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential and the opportunity to help build a highly visible community health program from the ground up.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Coordinating community health projects and initiatives.
- Partnering with community organizations.
- Supporting development of a mobile health clinic strategy.
- Assisting with maternal health outreach events and community programs.
- Connecting patients and families to community resources.
- Helping build operational components of the program.
Compensation:
$40/hr to $45/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
