Role Responsibilities
- Support AI-related work focused on nonprofit, community, and philanthropy sectors
- Design rubric-style LLM prompts and evaluate AI-generated outputs
- Create and review structured evaluation tasks related to community programs, nonprofit operations, and philanthropic initiatives
- Assess model reasoning, communication quality, and organizational relevance
- Contribute expertise to improve AI systems working within mission-driven and community-focused environments
Requirements
- Experience as a nonprofit director, philanthropy professional, community program expert, or related role
- Prior experience working on Mercor rubric-style tasks preferred
- Strong understanding of nonprofit operations, grantmaking, community engagement, or philanthropic programs
- Ability to design effective prompts and critically evaluate LLM responses
- Excellent analytical thinking and written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
