Position:  Global Impact Engagement Manager

Position Summary:

The Manager of Global Impact Engagement will play a pivotal role in advancing and enhancing globalcommunity engagementinitiatives. This position is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing programs that promote a culture ofcompassion, volunteerism, giving, and social responsibility among employees worldwide. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for positive social impact, and will work closely withcross-functional teamsto driveemployee engagement, raise awareness, and encourage participation in community-focused programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Global Engagement Programs:

Manage global engagement programs such as Global Volunteer Month, Earth Month, and annual volunteer days.

Oversee the full program lifecycle, includingstrategic planning, implementation, and post-program analysis.

Develop integratedcommunicationplans and activation strategies incollaborationwith internal communications and regional teams.

Ensure alignment of engagement efforts with organizational goals and values.

Engage with Global Stakeholders:

Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to amplify engagement initiatives internally and externally.

Partner with corporate communications teams to ensure the effective dissemination of program details across all regions.

Support market leads in implementing engagement programs and volunteering activities tailored to local needs and cultures.

Enhance Giving and Volunteer Strategy:

Lead the development of a global strategy for employee giving and volunteering, ensuring equitable access to benefits such as donation matching, volunteer rewards, and combined match pools.

Manage the integration of giving and volunteering opportunities with key company-wide initiatives (e.g.,leadershipevents, conferences).

Oversee vendor relationship management for volunteer management software, including troubleshooting, user support, and continuous platform improvements.

Program Governance and Compliance:

Refine and maintain governance materials related to volunteerism andcommunity engagementprograms, ensuring compliance with legal and employee relations guidelines.

Work with global operations to establish program metrics, track progress, and ensure that programs are aligned with corporate policies and values.

Create feedback mechanisms to capture volunteer experiences and data, enabling program improvement and showcasing success stories.

Drive Regional Engagement Strategy:

Lead the development of regional engagement plans incollaborationwith CSR and communications leads across different markets.

Support regional market leads in driving engagement initiatives and ensure that best practices are shared across all regions.

Measurement and Evaluation:

Lead efforts to establish program goals, measure engagement, and assess program effectiveness using data analytics.

Use reporting insights to informstrategic decision-making, refine initiatives, and showcase the impact ofcommunity engagementefforts.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in colleague engagement, HR, culture building, or similar roles.

Proven expertise in stakeholder management, strategic communications, and brand positioning.

Experience with volunteer management software and engagement platforms (e.g., Benevity, Workday).

Skills:
