Are you a fundraising, philanthropy, or mission-driven strategy leader ready to help scale an organization dedicated to human development and ethical leadership? We're seeking a seasoned advisor to join a Netherlands-based nonprofit’s advisory board, providing expertise in strengthening fundraising capacity, supporting long-term growth, and helping expand the global reach of programs focused on resilience, wellbeing, and systems-aware leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide fundraising and development strategy to support the organization’s next stage of growth and program expansion
- Advise on scaling a mission-driven nonprofit with a growing ecosystem of learning experiences, certifications, and community-based initiatives
- Support strategic positioning, partnerships, and organizational development to increase long-term sustainability and global reach
- Help shape the growth of programs focused on human development, ethical leadership, resilience, and systemic wellbeing
Who We’re Looking For:
- Senior executive with experience in fundraising, philanthropy, nonprofit development, or mission-driven growth strategy
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to support early-to-growth-stage organizations as they scale impact
- Alignment with human-centered, ethical, and socially responsible missions
- Warm, collaborative leadership style with strong integrity and commitment to purpose
- Prior board experience is valued but not required
