About Position:
Role – Hospice RN
Missouri Caseload (KC Metro)
Hours – 8:30 -4:30pm, Monday – Friday
Schedules – We offer flexible scheduling options that support work-life balance
Salary- Starting at $83,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
- Support patients and families with personalized, one-on-one interactions.
- Make autonomous patient care decisions within a supportive framework.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in flexible scheduling to ensure a balance between work and personal life.

Qualifications:
- Valid RN license.
- Strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
