Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure operational success throughout the accelerator cycle.
- Sourcing, selecting, and accelerating early-stage startups.
- Network actively with entrepreneurs to identify opportunities and mentor them in fundraising efforts.
- Support startup growth and development through mentorship and strategic guidance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Understanding of early-stage startup operations and investment processes.
- Strong networking abilities within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Mentoring experience, especially in fundraising contexts.
Key Duties:
- Identify promising startups and guide them through acceleration.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth program execution.
- Contribute to the overall success of the healthcare accelerator program.
