Position Overview
This is a customer-facing opportunity where you’ll use your work ethic, reliability, and team skills in a new environment. You’ll interact directly with members of the public, represent nonprofit organizations, and take on increasing leadership responsibilities as you develop.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally represent nonprofit partners during community outreach activities
- Communicate with the public and help increase awareness of campaigns
- Support teammates in reaching daily performance objectives
- Maintain an organized and productive outreach environment
- Provide campaign updates and feedback to leadership
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members
- Take on additional leadership responsibilities as you progress
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, general labor, or hands-on work experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, organized, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment
- Interested in developing professionally and taking on leadership opportunities
