Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy & Special Projects, you will lead a team committed to raising over $2.5 million annually. This role involves direct management of a dedicated team, developing the Tribute Giving program, and executing strategic initiatives to engage donors effectively. You’ll also collaborate across departments to enhance community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and oversee the Community Giving team for fundraising success
• Lead the development of Tribute Giving strategies
• Manage relationships with key donors and organizations
• Promote Covenant House at community events
• Support the fundraising goals through strategic planning
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in fundraising, major gifts preferred
• 3+ years of team management experience
• Skilled in creating tailored donor proposals
• Competence in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
