Financial Administrator to oversee our financial planning, management, and reporting.Â
Job SummaryÂ
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Administrator located in the Kilimani division. The Finance Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day financial planning, managing financial records, analytical tasks, and accounting activities. The role also requires regular communication both within the organization and with external partners.
The Financial Administrator will be responsible for the financial health of CASAK, ensuring transparency,Â
accountability, and efficiency in financial operations. The role involves budget preparation, financialÂ
reporting, compliance monitoring, and financial planning to support the organization’s sustainability andÂ
growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.Â
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with CASAK’s strategic objectives.Â
• Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, andÂ
payroll.Â
• Prepare financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.Â
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and donor requirements.Â
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.Â
• Manage audits and liaise with auditors, donors, and relevant financial institutions.Â
• Oversee cash flow management and financial forecasting.Â
• Support fundraising initiatives and grant management.Â
Qualifications & ExperienceÂ
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, business or a related field.Â
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)Â
certification is required.Â
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial administration, preferably in a nonprofit or serviceÂ
organization.Â
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Â
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Â
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Â
• High level of integrity and ability to work independently.Â
