Job Title: Paralegal
Prerequisites: 3 years as a Paralegal and experience drafting basic contracts
Duties: Serve as the contract liaison for healthcare vendor agreements:
· Draft basic contracts and provide administrative oversight from initial intake through final review and approval completion
· Manage the routing of end-to-end workflow by uploading agreements into SharePoint Contract Review Site, track SVP review progress, and proactively following up with stakeholders to prevent bottlenecks
· Facilitate contract signature process by way of DocuSign, coordinating directly with signers, and filing executed copies to legal files, and notifying stakeholders when needed.
Serve as liaison for employed and contracted provider agreements:
- Facilitate end-to-end workflow from the drafting process through execution of provider amendments.
- Facilitate end-to-end workflow from the drafting process through execution of provider agreements and amendments.
- Maintain lease tracking sheet and track pending renewals, notify key stakeholders when leases are coming due and upon execution. Maintain comprehensive lease agreement files and draft lease amendments and/or related documents.
- Prepare and submit quarterly Public Disclosure (L5) filings
- Draft board resolutions for Legal review
- Provide notary services
