Whitetails Unlimited Inc. is seeking a Field Director in Kentucky to execute program services. As a Field Director the candidate will organize volunteers and conduct membership events. Additionally, the Field Director will act as a liaison between all regional activities and the National Headquarters.
The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree and experience with event planning and public speaking. Additionally, candidate must have a strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, basic accounting, record keeping, and inventory skills. Related training and job experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Actual exposure to volunteer programs, event planning, and fundraising is desired. Leadership, relationship building, and the ability work independently are important. Exposure to or participation in the shooting sports, hunting, and knowledge of the white-tailed deer is important.
This individual will be required to work from their home office and travel is required. High moral standards, honesty, dependability, good character, and strong ethics are imperative. This is a commission-based opportunity that could become full-time employment if the successful candidate demonstrates the ability to exceed performance goals.
