The successful candidate will leverage their leadership experience to operationalize the Foundation’s strategic plan and develop its philanthropic partnerships. You will cultivate community relationships while ensuring the organization remains accountable to Indigenous communities. This position calls for a builder who can navigate complex resource landscapes and lead the organization responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operationalize the strategic plan for sustainable impact

• Build and deepen partnerships across Saskatchewan

• Strengthen governance and financial systems

• Supervise organizational operations in collaboration with the Board

• Lead resource development for long-term community support

Requirements:

• Commitment to Indigenous communities and collective wellbeing

• Strong relational capacity and integrity in leadership

• Experience with governance and nonprofit sectors

• Comfort in a hybrid work environment

• Understanding of Indigenous realities and self-determination
