Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and manage a portfolio of planned giving donors
• Develop strategic marketing and acquisition plans
• Create detailed gift proposals with various options
• Streamline estate administration by improving processes
• Participate in budget development and financial reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of fundraising experience, including planned giving
• Familiarity with estate planning and fundraising guidelines
• Strong communication skills for effective donor interactions
• Relationship management experiences that foster collaboration
