Entry-Level Brand Representative Jobs in Charlotte, NC at Vaelis
We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing sales and marketing team. In this entry-level role, you will represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations through face-to-face marketing, community outreach, and fundraising campaigns.
You’ll speak directly with members of the community, educate them on important causes, build brand awareness, and help nonprofit partners gain new donors and long-term supporters.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training in communication, sales, marketing, leadership, and team development.
What You’ll Do
- Represent established nonprofit organizations and their campaigns
- Engage with people face-to-face at retail locations, businesses, events, and community locations
- Educate the public about nonprofit missions, programs, and impact
- Generate new donors and recurring supporters through direct fundraising
- Develop strong communication, public speaking, and sales skills
- Build positive relationships while creating memorable interactions
- Work alongside experienced leaders and receive hands-on coaching
- Participate in daily training and professional-development sessions
- Learn how to train and mentor new team members as you advance
- Help increase brand awareness and campaign performance
- Travel to different locations, events, and markets when opportunities are available
