Life Skills Supervisor

We’re looking for a Life Skills Program Supervisor. The Life Skills Program Supervisor manages the daily operations of one of several OSBI Life Skills programs. The Supervisor’s duties include but are not limited to developing, scheduling, and delivering program classes and activities to address the ISP goals and objectives of the members assigned to the DTA. Supervisors maintain communication with program member’s families.
Requirements:
Experience in Non-Profit Management or equivalent management experience preferred.
Experience working with individuals with intellectual disability.
Proficiency in computer use(Microsoft Office Suite, cloud-based storage and scheduling software).
Demonstration of strong experience in leadership, innovation, reliability, and effective communication, and compassion/understanding.
Strong organizational, inventory, curriculum, course preparation and delivery of each.
Demonstration of knowledge of DDD and State regulations and best practices, as well as the ability to implement these practices and procedures.
Ability to be flexible and adjust to the needs of program members at anytime.
Good driving record(must pass MVR inquiry).
Responsibilities
Partner with the Life Skills Team to develop, deliver, and continuously improve the responsiveness of program curriculum and to plan and facilitate meaningful daily program and individualized member schedules to address member ISP goals and objectives.
Serve as a primary resource in planning ISP goals and collaborating with the member, parents/guardians and DDD Support Coordinators and OSBI Enrollment and ISP Coordinator to monitor and update program member ISP goal and objective progress.
Ensure program compliance with state regulations and complete timely reports (Ratios, Medication Distribution, Attendance logs, IRs, QA requirements, etc.).
Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with members and parents/guardians to address concerns, maintain positive relationships, and serve as an advocate for members and are source for parents/guardians ongoing.
