Position Summary
Living Advantage, Inc. is seeking individuals to help expand our donor, corporate sponsor, and community partner network. You will gain hands-on nonprofit fundraising and professional networking experience while helping LA, Inc. build a sustainable donor pipeline to support programs serving foster, probation, and at-risk youth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research prospective individual donors, USC alumni, corporations, foundations, and community partners.
- Build and maintain a donor/prospect database.
- Assist with donor outreach through email, letters, calls, and social media.
- Identify corporate sponsorship, matching-gift, and employee-giving opportunities.
- Assist with fundraising campaigns, special events, and sponsorship materials.
- Track donor contacts, responses, follow-ups, meetings, and contributions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current USC undergraduate or graduate student.
- Strong research, writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Interest in nonprofit management, business, fundraising, marketing, communications, or social impact.
Student Learning Experience
Students will gain practical experience in fundraising, donor development, corporate sponsorship, professional networking, marketing, community engagement, and nonprofit sustainability.
Hours:
Part-Time and Flexible
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
