Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Director of Institutional Advancement at Brookview House, located in Boston, MA. The Director of Institutional Advancement will be responsible for driving the organization’s fundraising strategy, including planned and annual giving, alumni relations, and stewardship. Daily tasks include developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising campaigns, maintaining relationships with donors and alumni, and effectively communicating Brookview’s mission and impact to potential supporters.
Qualifications
Experience with Planned Giving and Annual Giving
Skills in Alumni Relations and Stewardship
Strong understanding of Philanthropy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven record of successful fundraising campaigns
Experience in nonprofit management and development
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
Ability to work on-site in Boston, MA
