✅ What You Would Bring:
- ✔️ High School Diploma or G.E.D
- ✔️ Culinary Degree or equivalent experience in senior living
- ✔️ ServSafe Certification
- ✔️ American Dietetic Registration (preferred)
- ✔️ 4–5 years’ experience in Senior Living Dining (preferred)
- ✔️ 3–4 years’ experience in a Director-Level Role (preferred)
- ✔️ Passion for serving the aging population
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all culinary departments
- Lead staff development, event planning, and team engagement
- Drive menu development, budget oversight, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with dining policies and state/federal regulations
- Promote a culture of excellence in service, food safety, and hospitality
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the resident dining experience
